PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

Beaumont Mayfair Luxury Stay Prize Draw

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY • ONE ENTRY PER PERSON • UK RESIDENTS 18+ ONLY

1. PROMOTER
Cobine Carmelson Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 06517917)

2. ELIGIBILITY
– Open to UK residents aged 18 or over
– One entry per person
– Employees of Cobine Carmelson Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible
– Entrants must be existing clients or contacts who receive our communications

3. ENTRY PERIOD
The prize draw opens on 14 April 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30 May 2026

4. HOW TO ENTER
Complete the rebranding survey sent via email. Submission of the survey constitutes entry into the prize draw.

5. THE PRIZE
One winner will receive a luxury overnight stay for two at The Beaumont Mayfair, including:
– Elegant newly refurbished room
– Three-course dinner with sommelier-selected wine
– Full English breakfast

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS

– Valid for stays between 1 May 2026 and 30 September 2026
– Excludes peak periods and public holidays (subject to availability)
– Booking must be made in advance directly with The Beaumont Mayfair. Full details will be given to the Winner
– The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable
– No cash alternative is available
– Entering does not guarantee winning – only one winner will be chosen at random
– Any additional costs (e.g., travel, additional meals, room service) are the responsibility of the winner
– Standard terms and conditions of The Beaumont Mayfair apply
– The prize must be redeemed by 30 September 2026

7. WINNER SELECTION
– One winner will be selected at random on 30 May 2026
– The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw date
– The winner must respond within 14 days to claim the prize
– If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner selected

8. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data collected will be used solely for administering this prize draw and in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at cobinecarmelson.com/privacy

9. GENERAL
– The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants
– The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
– The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary
– These terms are governed by English law

10. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The winner’s first name and county will be published on our website and social media channels (unless the winner requests otherwise)
