Translators Insurance

Case Study

We worked with a company that translated documents into Braille. This client required specialist cover in order to win a local authority contract. Our client was also concerned about potential allegations of errors and omissions which could lead to claims for compensation.

Our focus was sharpened when we learned that not all underwriters understood the terms and conditions of the local authority contract. However, we provided the client with options of warranties and exclusions to consider.

Discussions were centred around the limit of liability required. Our client decided to choose a policy that can be increased, should any new contracts be awarded to them.

We also included professional indemnity and public liability that our client is happy with.
