A colleague from the City introduced us to a group of companies providing telesales, recruitment, lead generation and software services.

Our client was concerned that claims for errors would take up valuable time and resources. They were also concerned that compensation may be requested if a contract did not go as planned.

We suggested that their current insurance policy should be updated, and a new insurance policy be used. We discussed the exclusions, and fresh cover was arranged for our IT client.

We also included office insurance such as cover for computers and public liability. As a sign in the belief in our abilities, our client said: “I always knew where I stood with Jason.”
