Ken owned a start up retail business in a unique setting next to the river Thames and it was a retail unit in a train station. 

Unique is great, but it seemed to us like this premises would benefit from an inspection from us.  We could then assess and advise on the correct insurance cover to meet Ken’s business needs.  And was Ken glad we did this.

Unfortunately, Ken was hit with a complicated series of situations that included vandalism to the huge amounts of expensive plate glass in the retail unit which he was responsible for (not his landlord).  This inevitably caused business interruption. Added to that the pandemic hit.  We kept up the pressure on the insurance company who tried to wriggle out of paying Ken, we got there in the end and Ken was delighted.
