A colleague from the City introduced us to a group of companies providing telesales, recruitment, lead generation and software services. The concerns were that claims for errors and omissions could take up time, energy, resources and compensation may sometimes be requested if a contract didn’t go as planned.
We suggested that the current policy be updated and a new policy was recommended to compliment it. The exclusions were discussed before we were appointed and fresh cover was arranged.
Office insurance included cover for computers, public liability, employers’ liability, loss of gross profit, hire of alternative accommodation and legal expenses whilst professional indemnity was arranged separately. The client added that he was confident he “always knew where he stood with Jason”.
